    A short-term rental platform with hundreds of properties had connected their stack. PMS, chatbot, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, all in one place. But the business logic underneath had never been written down. Metric definitions didn't match across systems. Teams weren't working from the same numbers, and neither were the agents.
