This is for you if...

Your store grew faster than the systems underneath it.

The stock number in your dashboard does not match what is actually in the warehouse.

Forecasting keeps missing, and every explanation blames a different system.

Fulfilment errors reach your customers before they reach you.

You added a tool for every problem, and now nobody owns the numbers.

Where ecommerce operations break.

The same five failures, in roughly the same order, across every brand we have worked with.

Twelve tools wired together by hand, and every change ships at somebody else's speed.

What fixing it looks like.

A free checkpoint call decides which of these you actually need. Ecommerce work usually starts with the data layer.

Case study

EUR 2.5M a month lost inside a spreadsheet

Quick-commerce operator, 200+ warehouses

EUR 2.5Mno longer leaking in supplier payments, monthly

A quick-commerce company running over 200 warehouses had scaled faster than its systems. Master data, inventory, supplier ordering, and fulfilment all lived in ungoverned Google Sheets. The data was incomplete, inconsistent, and impossible to build on. The P2P process was stuck, demand forecasting couldn't run, and supplier orders were not matching deliveries and invoices. Losses from the gap were estimated at 2.5M per month. This was fixed by a unified commercial ops platform that gave all of it one governed home, integrated with suppliers' systems.

How we help you.

Start with a free call. From there we either run a full value iteration on your stack and hand you the plan, or we stay on as your fractional CTO for data and AI.

  • Value Iteration

    Scoped engagement, one-off

We analyse your whole stack and build a pragmatic plan: what's broken, what to fix first, and who should own it. Your team or any vendor you hire can run it.

  • In the Loop

    Ongoing, fractional

We work with you for a few hours weekly to push the strategy with e.g. prioritisation, vendor calls, architecture decisions and hiring.

Questions we get asked.

You get a senior technical decision-maker for a few hours a week, without the hire. In practice that means deciding what to build and in what order, choosing between tools and vendors, setting how your data is modelled, and unblocking the decisions your team cannot make on its own. Your agency and your developers keep doing their work. We make sure it is pointed at the right thing.

They execute, and we work out what is worth executing. An agency builds what it is asked to build and a 3PL runs what it is given, so neither one owns whether your data model holds up or whether the roadmap is in the right order. That is the gap we cover. We take no commission from any vendor, so the recommendation is just the recommendation.

Usually both, and the order matters. Nearly every mismatch we have traced came down to two systems holding the same field under different definitions, with no owner for either. Available stock might mean on hand in the warehouse system, on hand minus reserved in the store, and something else again in the report your buyer plans against. All three are defensible on their own terms, which is why the argument never resolves. Integrations built on top of that only move the disagreement around faster. We find where each number is actually authored first, give it one owner, then decide what to connect.

Only once the data underneath it is modelled properly. Forecasting failures in ecommerce usually come from SKU history, supplier lead times and returns being recorded inconsistently across systems. A better model on that data produces confident wrong answers. Fix the data estate and a fairly ordinary forecast starts working.

The checkpoint call is 30 minutes and free, and you leave it with a read on what is wrong. A scoped engagement runs two to eight weeks depending on how much of the stack it covers, and ends with a plan your team or your vendor can start on immediately. Ongoing advisory work is a few hours a week.

We specify it, sequence it, and stay close while it gets built. The building is done by your own team or by a vendor you choose. Staying close means we write the specs, sit in the vendor calls, review what comes back against what was asked for, and re-sequence when something turns out harder than it looked. That keeps you able to drop us and keep going, which is the point.

The checkpoint call is free. A scoped engagement is quoted once we know what we are looking at, and ongoing advisory is a monthly arrangement. If we think you do not need us, we say so on the call before anything is quoted.

Yes. We are based in Dubai and much of our work is in the UAE, and we have run engagements across Europe and with teams operating in the US. Most of it happens remotely, with time on site where it earns its place.

Let's get started.
